International Shipping

Order Processing

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

• Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Once your order is confirmed, delivery is generally completed within 5 to 7 business days, subject to product availability and delivery location.

International Orders

International orders are generally delivered within 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

• During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high demand, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

• Customers will be informed if there is any significant delay in processing or dispatching their order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally deliver orders between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (IST).

If the recipient is unavailable:

• The courier partner may attempt to contact you.

• A re-delivery attempt may be scheduled, depending on the courier's policy.

• If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate before placing your order.

Latha Trendy Collection shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

• Do not accept the parcel if possible.

• Contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the package.

• We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and assist you accordingly.
