Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received an incorrect product.

• You received a product with a manufacturing defect.

Please Note:

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to a change of mind, dislike of the product, or slight variations in color caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.

• Minor weaving irregularities, thread variations, and handcrafted imperfections are natural characteristics of traditional sarees and should not be considered defects.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, it is mandatory to record a continuous 360-degree unboxing video.

The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

• Display the shipping label.

• Record the entire unpacking process without interruption.

• Clearly show the received product.

• Capture any damage, defect, or incorrect item.

• Be unedited and continuous (no cuts or modifications).

Claims submitted without a proper continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1 – Contact Us

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Provide:

• Order Number

• Reason for return or exchange

• 360-degree unboxing video

• Photographs of the product (if required)

Step 2 – Verification

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Step 3 – Return Shipping

If your request is approved:

• The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.

• Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Step 4 – Inspection

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it complies with this policy.

Step 5 – Refund or Replacement

After successful inspection:

• A replacement product will be dispatched within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.

• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be approved when:

• A damaged product was delivered.

• An incorrect product was shipped.

• A manufacturing defect is verified.

• A replacement cannot be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect product selection by the customer.

• Minor color variations due to display settings.

• Delays caused by courier services.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Sale or Clearance products.

• Gift Cards.

• International Orders (unless required by applicable law).

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

• Products returned without original packaging or tags.

• Claims submitted without the required 360-degree unboxing video.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to reject any request that does not comply with this policy.

• Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service while returning approved products.

• Latha Trendy Collection is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

• Processing times may vary during festivals or promotional periods.
